The founder, Tomás Arribas, a restaurateur with over 40 years of experience and a long career with his own restaurants "Peix i Brases, El Poblet, Q-Tomas, Punto de Sal," as well as in all types of events, offers a constant evolution of Mediterranean cuisine with avant-garde touches.

He has developed a gastronomic line that prioritizes the care and attention given to both the products and their preparation.

With over 18 years of experience in the industry, passionate about culture, the exotic, nature, and possessing a calm demeanor with enviable serenity, Adolfo has earned a great reputation for designing exceptional and personalized experiences that reflect the unique style and vision of each couple.

Known for his clarity of vision when it comes to details and his passion for creating elegant and flawless celebrations, Adolfo and his team guide clients through every step of the planning process, achieving memorable events full of tranquility.

 
 
 
 
 

Gelek

Executive Chef

Gelek is our executive chef, the "alter ego" in the kitchen of our founder. Creative and detail-oriented, coming from the world of pastry, his dedication to cooking is reflected in his constant search for new flavors and techniques, always focused on the quality of the product.

He leads a vibrant team of 20 professionals, alongside his talented chef Iryna, who also shares 14 years of experience with us.

Gelek and Iryna make the perfect duo, combining focus, creativity, and creating an excellent work environment to offer high-level culinary experiences and make each event unique.

José Bertó

Head of Logistics

Berto coordinates a dynamic team and is responsible for preparing the materials and organizing the logistics of our events.

His communication skills are exceptional, overseeing every detail to create the perfect final result. With a consistently positive attitude and a smile on his face, Berto is known for his kindness and dedication.

Each project he handles has its own story, and if you ask anyone, they’ll tell you that his energy and versatility make everything possible.

Anabel Diego

Head Coordinator

Anabel joined El Poblet Events after an extensive professional career as an event currator in Valencia. Anabel lives and breathes style every minute of the day!

She masters the art of set up like no one else and has infused her personality into our event.

She stands out for her sixth sense in presentations and has redefined the concept of the culinary experience at El Poblet Events. Always attentive to the latest trends, the most current imagery, and content across various platforms, she pours all her love and passion into every event she works on. In short, Anabel is our very own expert in collections and protocols.
