Finca El Senyoret

The El Senyoret estate is characterized by having one of the best-preserved country houses in Benidorm and the surrounding area, built in 1880.

The country house was restored around 1963 by its owner, Don Pedro Maria Orts y Bosch, a lawyer and historian, who gave it its current appearance. The name of the house is derived from his father, Don Ignacio Orts Salvá, a cordial and affable man who was affectionately known in Benidorm as "El Senyoret."
